Shipping policy

For the majority of our customers, we offer:

  • FREE Delivery on orders over £100 (net).
  • Delivery charge of £6.95 on orders under £100 (net).
  • Order by 1pm (on a week day) for Next Working Day Courier Delivery.

UK Delivery Policy

Deliveries are made using either a 3rd party parcel courier or pallet delivery company depending on the order size and type.

PLEASE NOTE: Please use the 'Order Comments' field when checking out on our online shop to leave safe place instructions or ensure that you are in when your delivery is due to take place.  By providing an email address and/or a mobile telephone number for your shipping address you should receive an email/text with a 2 hour delivery window.  In order to re-dispatch the goods we would need to charge an extra fee.

Parcel consignments to be shipped to destinations in England, Wales and the majority of mainland Scotland (excluding the Highlands, see below) over £100 (net of VAT) are delivered by APC Overnight, FREE of any delivery charge, otherwise a standard charge of £6.95 applies.

Orders placed by 1pm on a week day (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the same afternoon (subject to stock availability) on a next working day courier service with APC Overnight.

  • Scottish Offshore        2-5 working days   
    • HS1-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3 
  • Isle of Man                  2-5 working days
    • IM
  • Isle of Wight               1-2 working days
    • PO30-41
  • Channel Islands           2-5 working days
    • JE1-4, GY1-8
  • Northern Ireland          2-5 working days
    • BT

FREE delivery is not available to these destinations - the shipping cost will be dependent on order weight and value, and displayed at checkout.

Pallet deliveries may take an extra day or so to be delivered.

FREE carriage is offered to our wholesale customers on orders over £700, otherwise a standard charge of £35 applies (applies to destinations in England mainland, Wales and the majority of Scotland mainland).

VAT applies to all UK delivery charges.

Please Note:  Although we carefully choose the courier and shipping companies that we work with we cannot and do not guarantee delivery timescales as these are outside of our control.

If you are not present when the delivery takes place and you request for your goods to be left in a specified safe place, we will not be held responsible should the goods be found to be damaged or missing following delivery. In addition, it is the customer’s responsibility to check that the order delivered is in a complete and satisfactory state upon signing for the goods. If a delivery is signed for as complete or unchecked, we will not be held responsible for replacing any items which are subsequently found to be missing. Similarly, goods that are received damaged must be noted as such by the customer when signing for them as no compensation will be provided by the 3rd party carriers otherwise.
